Location
The AGORA 21 Logistic Campus is an unique campus located in the logistic heart of Europe. The site is situated on business park Borchwerf II and has an AAA – view location.
The Campus consist of a modern and multifunctional distribution center with in total of 85,000 sq. m warehouse space, which can be divided in separate and linkable units.
The last 15,000 sq. m warehouse will be developed and ready for use in Q1 2020.

Accessibility
The Agora 21 logistics campus is located at Business Park Borchwerf II in Oud-Gastel in the near vicinity of the municipality of Roosendaal. The industrial area has an excellent connection with the A17 and A58 motorways. The A17 motorway connects the Mainports Rotterdam and Antwerp in traffic-restrained West Brabant.
Between the two mainports, business park Borchwerf II has two separate access points on the A17. An added value for the entrepreneurs is that customers, suppliers and staff from the A17 motorway immediately enter business park Borchwerf II. The A4 motorway between Rotterdam and Antwerp runs parallel to the A17.

Availability
The total area of the logistical complex amounts to approx. 85,000 sq.m. of which approx. 70,000 sq.m. have already been built.
