THE PREMISES

The property is located at Vossenberg Business Park in Tilburg. Vossenberg is a business park of the big numbers. It is the largest industrial park in Tilburg with more than 200 companies in all kinds of industries (production, retail, logistics and other service providers).

In addition to locally active companies, Vossenberg also stands for many large national and international companies. Thanks to the north-east tangent, many large logistics service providers and production companies have also discovered Vossenberg.

The container terminal on the Wilhelminakanaal is also connected to the Rotterdam and Antwerp ports. From the autumn of 2018, GVT is using this connection with electric container ships. A world first for Tilburg.

TILBURG

The industrial zone Vossenberg West II is easily accessible by road as well by canal. Motorway A58 Breda/Eindhoven is one of the main transportation highways in western Europe. The Wilhelmina Canal plays an important role in water-based transport in the Netherlands as it connect the port of Rotterdam with the industrial city of Tilburg. Tilburg has two barge terminals and a rail terminal.

The A58 Breda motorway ensures a good connection to the port of Rotterdam an the port of Antwerp. Tilburg is presenting itself as a modern industrial city, and the municipality is actively promoting industrial and logistic activities. The largest users in Tilburg are, amongst others DB Schenker, Dobotex, Tesla, Coolblue, XPO Logistics and Rhenus. Tilburg is mainly connected by the A58 (exit 12) motorway, an important east-west axis ensuring supply from both the seaports of Rotterdam (75 km) and Antwerp (75 km). Tilburg is a multimodal transport hub. As the rail and barge terminals on the Loven and Vossenberg Industrial Estate provide efficient alternatives to container transport by truck.
