The offices are located on the fourth and sixth floors and can be flexibly combined into larger spaces, depending on your needs. The following types are available:

Type 2 – 30 m² – € 1,500 p/m
Type 3 – 37.5–38 m² – € 1,875–1,890 p/m
Type 4 – 44–45 m² – € 2,200–2,250 p/m
Type 5 – 50–52 m² – € 2,535 p/m
Type 6 – 66 m² – € 3,300 p/m
Type 7 – 85 m² – € 4,250 p/m
Type 8 – 98 m² – € 4,900 p/m

SERVICE CHARGES
Not applicable. All service costs are included in the rental price and cover utilities, maintenance, cleaning, internet, use of meeting rooms, coffee and tea facilities, and access to the restaurant.

DELIVERY
Each unit is a self-contained office space with abundant daylight, openable windows, modern LED lighting, and individual top cooling. Smart locks, premium sound insulation, 24/7 access, and high-speed fiber internet ensure a secure and professional work setting.

FLOOR FACILITIES
Each floor features several meeting rooms, shared lounges and pantries equipped with a Quooker, fridge, microwave, and a bar with premium coffee. Sanitary facilities and a central entrance area are also provided, making it ideal for both small teams and larger organizations needing modular layouts with shared or private amenities.

LEASE TERM

NOTICE PERIOD

Ample parking available in the lot in front of the building. Parking costs are €125 per space per month.
