DELIVERY LEVEL

AVAILABILITY
There are 5 types of offices available for rent, ranging from smaller 3-person offices to private compounds. Below is an overview of the different options:
- Junior office | 15 m² to 28 m²
- Senior office | 30 m² to 40 m²
- Premium Offices | 40 m² to 70 m²
- Executive offices | 70 m² to 90 m²
- Presidential Suite Offices | 100 m² to 250 m²

It is possible to combine multiple offices.

RENTAL TERM:
Rental terms start from 12 months. Short rental periods are possible by agreement.

SECURITY
The tenant must provide a bank guarantee equal to at least 2 months' rent plus service charges and VAT.

PARKING
It is possible to rent parking spaces on the premises of the building. It is also possible to park for free in the immediate vicinity of the building.
