SERVICE CHARGES

DELIVERY LEVEL OFFICE SPACE
The office spaces are delivered in their current condition, fully furnished, high quality finished and ready for immediate occupation. The interior can be adjusted to suit your requirements.

LEASE TERM
Flexible lease agreements are possible from a minimum term of 3 months.

PARKING
Parking spaces are available in the underground parking garage for € 195 per space per month, subject to VAT. Opposite the building is P plus R Papendorp with approximately 750 spaces at € 7.50 per day.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit equal to two months rent. One time startup fee of € 21.50 per m², subject to VAT.

ACCESSIBILITY BY CAR
The building is easily accessible via the direct on and off ramps of the A2 and A12 motorways. The Prins Claus Bridge provides a fast connection to Utrecht city center.
