Location
The De Steiger industrial estate is a business park at the entrance of Almere Haven, opposite the Floriade site. The Steiger is the oldest business park in Almere. Approximately half of the buildings date from the periods 1977 to 1986 and are therefore relatively old by Almere standards. The first issue took place in 1976. In 1990, almost the entire site was issued. Only a few buildings were built after 2000. So there is little new development on this site, but a lot has already been renovated.
