The above monthly rental prices include base rent, service charges, energy costs and an internet allowance starting from €99 per month. Prices exclude parking and VAT, where applicable.
SERVICE CHARGES & ENERGY COSTS
Service charges and energy costs are included in the quoted monthly rental prices. The offices are offered on an all inclusive rental basis, including a basic internet allowance.
