ACCESSIBILITY
By car
The Campus is located right next to the A2/N2/A67 freeway and is easily accessible due to its own entrance and exit to the highway. Eindhoven Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive from the Campus. Rental cars are available at Hertz at the campus.

By public transport
The Campus is easily accessible from Eindhoven Central Station (10 minutes) by HOV line 407 (5 bus stops at the Campus). Eindhoven train station is an important hub for fast Intercity train services to Amsterdam (Schiphol), Rotterdam and many destinations in Belgium and Germany. Shared (e-) bikes and scooters are available at Campus and the Campus offers separate bike lanes.

Parking
Free parking for both your employees and your guests. The companies on High Tech Campus Eindhoven pay a fixed amount per year based on their company size, facilitating free parking without additional costs. You can park right next door in one of the spacious parking garages with ample facilities for electric charging. At High Tech Campus Eindhoven you will find a total of twelve parking facilities in the form of buildings and grounds. These are equipped with more than 200 charging points for electric vehicles. There are also plenty of facilities available for your electric bicycle. You will find charging points in every bicycle shed within our parking garages.

RENTAL COSTS
The available floors have different rental levels, starting at 225 euros per square meter l.f.a. based on a lease term of 5 years. Tailor-made rental periods, both shorter and longer, are possible in consultation.

FULL SERVICE RENTAL
High Tech Campus Eindhoven offers business locations spaces with a full-service rental concept with a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The concept includes the following services:

Given the newly built character of Lucis One, the office space will be delivered new and complete, including:

When the keys are handed over, the rented space is still shell and can therefore be furnished completely according to the wishes of the tenant, turn-key delivery is possible.
