Parking
Office parking permits (Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.) can be rented in the Witte Dame public car park (246 spaces), directly below the building, via operator Q-Park.

Property information
In the 1920s, Philips rapidly built factories to produce radios. The De Witte Dame factory complex was erected on Emmasingel and Willemstraat. Within five years, the millionth radio was produced here.

The functional complex was sleek and austere, but robust and impressively designed. On the six floors, tall windows provided plenty of light for the skilled and precise work.

In the 1990s, De Witte Dame was saved from demolition. Architect Bert Dirrix came up with the so-called “central motif” on Emmasingel. An open passageway with lots of steel and glass, allowing people to move from one wing to the other via stairs and lifts.

De Witte Dame houses a nice mix of organizations: institutions with social impact, innovative companies and welcoming facilities. The Eindhoven Library, GGD, ANWB, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, hairdressers and various catering establishments ensure that people from all walks of life visit the building.

Clausplein has now been transformed into a green space, turning the terraces of Radegast and DENF into a green oasis. Lichtplein and Victoriapark will also be greened in the near future.

De Witte Dame is completely natural gas-free, thanks in part to the new heat pumps. No less than 30% of the total energy consumption is generated locally and sustainably, including via solar panels on the roof. Thanks to Cloudcrest's energy management system, installations are continuously optimised for comfort and efficiency. This prevents peak loads and actively contributes to reducing grid congestion, a growing problem in urban areas.
