VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price. Should VAT not be applicable, a surcharge to the stated rental price will apply, to be determined.
Service Charges

Service charges are settled annually on the basis of actual costs incurred.
Security Deposit
A bank guarantee equal to three months' rental obligations**, including service charges and VAT, will be required.
Payment Terms
