SERVICE COSTS
All amenities and services are included in the rental price. There are no additional charges for internet, cleaning, or utilities.
INTERNET
Each unit comes with a fast fiber-optic connection – both wired and wireless. Fully included.
LEASE TERM
Flexible lease terms are available, starting from 6 months.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit equal to 2 months’ rent applies.
HANDOVER DATE
November 1st, 2025.
NOTICE PERIOD
Three months prior to the end of the lease term.
PARKING
Parking spaces are available in the building’s private garage at € 275 per month.
