Landlord Bouwinvest and Albert Heijn have created a new second entrance for the supermarket (the largest in the city centre) on Oldenbarneveltplaats in Rotterdam. Bouwinvest completed the entrance passage last summer and it is already in use. On behalf of the landlord, we are offering retail units adjacent to the new entrance that contribute to the supermarket and the revitalised shopping strip. Thanks to the favourable location of the retail spaces in the heart of Rotterdam city centre, you will find all major and minor retailers within walking distance, in addition to the direct connection to Albert Heijn.
