The World Trade Center, Toren A- I is located at the Strawinskylaan 1-1997, in the heart of the Amsterdam Southaxis area and in the direct vicinity of a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, coffee bars, gyms, retail shops and a supermarket. After the initial office developments, the South Axis has now transformed into a vibrant high end 24/7 lively area of?? international allure.

ACCESSIBILITY
The World Trade Center is located on top of NS-trainstation Amsterdam Zuid. Schiphol Airport is only a 7 minute train ride away. You can take the train, metro, tram, bus or bike and be in the heart of Amsterdam in just 10 minutes. The accessibility will even be further optimized following the infrastructural project “Zuidasdok”, which include an expansion of the train station and bringing the A10 highway underground.

RENTAL PRICE: € 410 - € 540 per sq m per annum, excl. VAT.

PARKING:
Part of the WTC is the underground carpark. Parking spaces will be let based on 1 parking space per 150 sq m office space: € 6,000 per space per annum, excl. VAT. 

SERVICE COSTS: € 69 - € 75 per sq m per annum, excl. VAT as an advance payment for supplies and services. Annually the costs will be adjusted retrospectively.

ELECTRICITY COSTS: € 12 per sq m per annum, excl. VAT

The rental price will be subject to VAT. If a rent subject to VAT cannot be opted for, the above mentioned rental prices will be increased by an amount yet to be determined on a later date.

INDEXATION
The rent will be indexed annually in accor­dance with the consumers price index as pu­blished by the Central Bureau for Sta­tis­tics (CPI) in The Hague (2015=100).

LEASE AGREEMENTStandard R.O.Z. lease agreement, model 2015.

BANK GUARANTEE
A bank guarantee of three months’ rent, increased by service charges and VAT, must be settled by an acknowledged Dutch banking institution.
