Tower Ten is the newest tower that will be added to the existing World Trade Center Amsterdam at the South Axis. The World Trade Center is well known for its wide range of amenities and flexibility, with over 400 different tenants of 30+ nationalities.

Tower Ten is scheduled to be delivered June 2022 and will offer approximately 49,000 sq m of prime office space divided over 23 floors. The lower floors offer up to almost 4,000 sq m of office space per floor, while the higher floors roughly vary between 1,500 to 2,100 sq m of office space. Tower Ten is designed to provide maximum flexibility with the possibility to create units from 200 sq m.

Location:
Amsterdam Southaxis is the prime central business location of The Netherlands and one of the most favorable office locations in Europe. The area hosts a wide range of both Dutch and European offices and headquarters of companies such as ABN AMRO, Google, Nauta Dutilh, Salesforce, Spencer Stuart, Accenture, Booking.com and Optiver. The area offers a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, coffee bars, gyms, retail shops and a supermarket. After the initial office developments, the South Axis has now transformed into a vibrant mixed use 24/7 lively area of international allure.

Accessibility:
Tower Ten is located near Amsterdam Zuid WTC station and metro station Zuid. At the railway station there are also stops for the fast tram lines 50 (Amsterdam Sloterdijk- Gein), line 51 (Amsterdam Central Station- Amstelveen) and line 52 (Amsterdam Noord). Tower Ten is located near the A10- Zuid ring.
