'The One' was constructed in 2010 and comprises in total approximately 28,700 sq. m. office and retail space. Several facilities in the building are available for tenants like a Hema supermarket, Vascobelo lunchroom / coffeebar, gym and shared meeting spaces.

There is an independent office unit available for lease located at the ground floor. The unit consists of circa 206 sq. m. LFA office space and is equipped with a high-quality fit-out package.

The sq. m. LFA is in accordance with the NEN 2580 measurement standards.

Parking
There are parking places available for rent in the parking garage underneath the building and on the parking lot opposite to the building.

Furthermore parking is possible along the public roads in the area. Current parking rate in the area is EUR 1,40 per hour, applicable on Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 19:00. Free parking is applicable outside these time slots.

Rent price
Office space: EUR 275.- per sq. m. per annum.

'The One' is accessible by car via Ring road A10 (S116, S117, S118).

By Public transport
A public ferry is located at 4 minutes walking distance and provides direct connection from the NDSM to the Houthavens and Amsterdam Central Station. Furthermore 'The One' is accessible by bus via the bus lines 391 and 394.
