Downtown Offices provides turnkey office spaces with 24/7 access. The setup is simple: you bring your laptop, and they handle the rest. Built in 1958, this characteristic building stands out with its clean lines and expansive windows. Both inside and out, the building has a distinct New York feel, offering spectacular Amsterdam views of Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen and the iconic energy of Leidseplein.

The square itself has recently undergone a complete transformation. Instead of a sea of parked bicycles, you now look out over a modern, green urban space and Hans van Houwelingen’s famous bronze lizards.

The building spans seven floors, housing a dynamic community of creative entrepreneurs and professional service providers. The facilities are top-tier. Tenants of individual units enjoy complimentary use of the sophisticated meeting room on the second floor.

Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen 21 is located just steps away from Leidseplein and one of Amsterdam's best-connected transport hubs. From Amsterdam Centraal Station, hop on tram lines 1, 2, or 5 and get off at Leidseplein (approx. 10–12 minutes). From there, it's less than a minute's walk to the front door of your new office.
Beneath the square, you will find a modern, monitored underground bicycle parking facility with enough space for thousands of bikes.
