Business registration
The office address may be used for registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce for an additional fee of €50 per month, subject to the landlord’s prior written approval.
Lease terms
Minimum lease term: 6 months.
Payment: monthly in advance, payable no later than the first day of each month.
Access: only permitted when payments have been made on time.

Notice period: 3 months.
