This characteristic office building, constructed in 1958, stands out because of its clean lines and large windows. Once inside, it almost feels like you are in a New York-style office, with impressive views over the Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen and the ever-lively Leidseplein.

The Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen has recently been completely redesigned. Instead of overlooking a sea of bicycles, the view now opens onto a modern city square with plenty of greenery and the famous bronze lizards by Hans van Houwelingen.

The building consists of seven floors that accommodate a dynamic mix of creative entrepreneurs and professional service providers, while also offering excellent facilities. Tenants renting individual office units can make free use of the stylish boardroom on the second floor.

ACCESSIBILITY

Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen 21 is located just a stone’s throw from Leidseplein, one of the best-connected public transport hubs in Amsterdam. From Amsterdam Central Station, you can take tram lines 1, 2, or 5 and get off at the Leidseplein stop (approximately 10–12 minutes). From there, it is less than a one-minute walk to the entrance of your new office.

Beneath the square there is also a modern, supervised underground bicycle parking facility with space for thousands of bicycles.
